I tried the text on the entire title, and I like what I see. With that covered, I can finally make this cover...

aaand its alright, the image needed a backdrop i felt, something to round it all off. This was simple enough, a few vines and bobs your uncle. Outside that there is an issue with the face paint popping with its contrasting tone, and making the text that bit harder to read. Im going to play with it, make a few variations and see how people respond to them in the upcoming crit, have a little question sheet to decide the final outcome. 

With the text for the cover sorted, I also wanted the reverse to use the same text... kinda. The title, I feel should stand out as special, the main event, so the blurb/ information would have to have a separate font. Again, not too much of a fan of using existing fonts, and simply couldn't find a font that worked with my title. There was only one thing for it, my text is going to be hand written. I opted to replicate the shape of the title font but with a uniform quality of line. I sadly sacrifice some of the character this way, but at a smaller scale it will remain legible, a worthwhile trade.
