So in reflection, i am quite happy with the direction this project took, but could easily take it further, it has so much potential to become more. I wouldn't mind forming a narrative out of this, or implementing elements from this in to another project, something that i am keen to play with and start working on. This notion started when designing the soldiers, as i stated, i started to consider elements of their design purpose, which in turn caused me to consider a bigger picture. In hindsight I also learnt quite a few new things, going completely out of my comfort zone with the mono print, creating something that is essentially shape based imagery, a subject matter that is typically alien to me, but i enjoyed it for a change. Mono printing itself was also a totally new practice for myself, and one i will most certainly be returning to. On top of that, having now the ability to render gold within digital painting may come in handy, especially if i do continue the project in to something more.
